On Tuesday, the Trump Media & Technology Group increased its share price by 5 per cent. United States President Donald Trump's media company finalized a $6.42 billion cooperation agreement with Crypto.com, an encrypted currency exchange, aimed at creating a digital asset bank.
The newly established digital asset company, the Tromp Media Group CRO Strategy, will first receive $1 billion worth of CRO tokens — the original coin of Crypto.com, a chain subsidiary of Cronos. The remainder will be held in the form of an equity credit line for the purchase of additional CRO coins.
In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the company planned to operate the validation node on the Cronos block chain. The certifiers are participants in a block chain such as Cronos, which ensures the security of the block chain by pledging their own tokens and earns costs for dealing with transactions. The company will entrust all CRO tokens to the certifying officer in order to earn a geological pledge.
Following the news, the price of the CRO tokens jumped by 30 per cent on Tuesday, despite the fact that the entire encrypted currency market has fallen this week.
The Chief Executive Officer of Trump Media, Devin Nunes, stated that companies were optimistic about encrypted money even as the trend towards digital asset banks spread to companies of all sizes.
The $127 billion in the Ether Workshop to decentralize the financial (DeFi) ecosystem is becoming mature, and Wall Street is paying attention to this. The article appeared in our newsletter De-centreization on 26 August. You can register here.
The agreement initially elicited strong opposition from some Cronos coin holders, who believed that it would dilute the value of their investments. This is because the agreement relates to 70 billion CRO coins destroyed prior to their reissuance, which are currently worth nearly $14 billion. Usually, the destruction of tokens is permanent.
The re-enactment of the CRO coin increased from 30 billion to 100 billion, an increase of 233 per cent.

Since the start of the accumulation of bitcoin, MicroStrategy ' s share price has soared by more than 2,000 per cent, while the price of bitcoin itself has risen by about 10 times.
This success has led to the creation of many imitators, such as Bitmine and SharpLink, who are hoarding their houses, while others, such as Sharps Technology, hold Solana. On Tuesday, Pantera Capital announced plans to raise approximately $1.25 billion to finance the Solana Treasury, which is listed in the United States.
Many of these companies raise funds by issuing debt or shares to purchase their preferred encrypted currency.
