Recently, Circle announced two new partnerships aimed at extending stable currency settlement to businesses and banks worldwide. The new agreement with MasterCard and Finastra marks an important role for USD Coin (USDC) in the wider financial market.

On Wednesday, MasterCard indicated that it would allow receiving agencies and businesses in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa to settle their transactions in USDC and EuroStabilization. The Arab Financial Services Corporation and the Eazy Financial Services Corporation will take the lead in adopting the service, marking the first time that a stable currency settlement has been achieved through a MasterCard in these areas.

In addition, Finaura, a London-based financial technology software provider, announced the integration of its Global PAYplus platform with USDC on Wednesday. The platform is said to handle more than $5 trillion in cross-border transactions daily. This consolidation will enable banks in 50 countries to settle their international payments in USDC, even if the payment orders remain in legal currency.

Since the passage of the Genius Bill in the United States Congress, USDC in Circle has been expanding its network of partners. The bill was signed into law in July this year, establishing the first federal framework for the United States currency.

On July 31st, Circe was also one of the largest encrypted money exchanges in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.OKXPartnerships were established to introduce a fee-free US$-to-dollar exchange service, further enhancing the liquidity of stable currencies in the global market and attracting more traders in key international markets.

In August, Circe turned to the Asian market, and its executives met with the chief executive officers of the four major banks of Korea — KB National Bank, Bank of New Korea, Bank of Hanya and Bank of Tomie Bank — to explore the possibility of chain integration and the possible issuance of a South Korean dollar-supported stabilization currency.

In addition, Circe joined a joint venture of the SBI Group, Ripple and Startale to promote the use of USDC in Japan and to develop a monetized trading platform for real-world assets.
