Fuda has launched a money market fund for stable currency distributors, further integrating into the digital asset infrastructure. The Fund became operational on 15 June, mainly for the purpose of stabilizing currency reserve management needs.

Investments in compliance reserve assets only

This fund is called Fidelity Reserves Digital Fund. According to the disclosure, the scope of its investments is limited to reserve assets permitted under the GENIUS Act framework, including United States Treasury bonds, cash, overnight buy-back agreements, and eligible government money market funds.

This arrangement means that the Fund does not pursue more high-risk returns, but is configured around the liquidity and compliance requirements of a stable currency reserve. For the issuer, such tools could be used to store the bottom assets supporting the user ' s token.

Towards a stable issuer

It was mentioned that the Fund was located to establish a more standardized reserve management infrastructure for the stabilizer. As the United States regulatory framework for digital assets continues to move forward, the demand for a compliance reserve tool by the issuer is increasing.

In terms of product structure, Fuda tried to extend the capacity of the traditional money market fund to a stable currency landscape. Its core selling point is not the proceeds, but the compliance, liquidity and manageable nature of the reserve assets.

  • Time of operation: 15 June
  • Target client: Stable money issuer
  • Main assets: bonds, cash, overnight buy-backs, etc.

Stable currency infrastructure continues to expand

The release of this product shows that traditional management agencies are accelerating their entry into the services related to the stabilization currency. Reserve management funds are closer to the bottom-up financial infrastructure than they are to the direct issuance of a stable currency and can provide the issuer with a standardized asset acquisition tool.

In the context of increasingly clear United States rules, services around reserve hosting, fund management and compliance disclosure could become an important link in the chain of stable currency industries.
