KuCoin worked with Husher, a non-hosting encryption exchange platform, to link exchange liquidity to chain-to-link routing, with a focus on improving the accessibility and efficiency of cross-chain asset exchange. For users, the changes are mainly reflected in the increase in the number of optional transactions and in the wealth of conversion paths between chains.
Husher access to KuCoin mobility
Husher is a non-hosting exchange platform where users can complete the conversion of supporting assets without handing over long-term asset control. The platform connects multiple sources of liquidity through a route-by-routing system and then matches the user with an implementable conversion path.
After this access to KuCoin, Husher’s mobile pool was further expanded. The parties indicated that this would help to increase the number of exchange matches available and improve the market depth of some of the routes. For cross-chain convertible scenarios, the more liquid the source of liquidity, the more favourable it is to reduce price deviations and to reduce implementation losses due to lack of depth.
Focus on route and implementation efficiency
The experience with the conversion of encrypted assets usually depends on several core factors: depth of liquidity, quality of offers, routeability and range of network support. If a given conversion path is not mobile enough, users may face higher slide points, lower transaction prices or fewer alternative routes.
KuCoin provides a large trading platform with an asset cover and set-up infrastructure, while Husher offers a non-host exchange point for users. By combining the two, the goal is to reduce the operational resistance of users to switching between different assets and chains.
In terms of business structure, this type of cooperation also reflects a trend towards centralizing the mobility of trading platforms, which is spilling over to more chains through API, route networks and wallet tools, rather than simply within the exchange ' s own interface.
KuCoin continues to expand the chain and payment layout
This cooperation also continues the recent expansion of KuCoin beyond the spot trade. Prior to this, KuCoin had entered the Nigerian Virtual Asset Provider Regulatory Pilot and participated with local institutions in the relevant oversight framework.
KuCoin has a number of actions in terms of payment and wallets. Previously, AEON worked with KuCoin Pay to support encrypted payments from online and offline businesses. It was also previously disclosed that KuCoin Web3 Wallet had access to 1inch Swap API in May of this year to upgrade the MEV protection capabilities of Gas-free convertibility, mobile access and some users.
For Husher, the new source of liquidity, KuCoin, meant that its market coverage was further expanded; for KuCoin, it also added new external distributions to its trading infrastructure, extending to non-trust wallets and chain exchange.
It should be noted that cooperation does not in itself change the conditions of implementation inherent in cross-chain conversion. In practice, users still need to identify support networks, available assets, fees and final transaction details. The direct effect of this cooperation was mainly to increase the connection between exchange liquidity and non-host exchange entry.
