This campaign included Goldman Sachs International, Morgan Chase and Allen & Company, with the participation of a number of agencies, including US banks, the Bank of Rich Countries, Jefferies, Evercore ISI, BNP Paribas and Seo.

Expansion of business by M & As

The main approach of Bending Spoons is to acquire mature scientific and technological assets, restructure operations, increase profitability and then channel cash flows into new M & As. In the original version, the company had completed more than 50 transactions.

Its list of acquisitions covers brands AOL, Vimeo, Brightcove, WeTransfer, Evernote, Komot and Eventbrite. Some of the platforms are slowing down or under pressure to make a profit before they are acquired, while Benedict Spoons attempts to improve returns through cost and operation adjustments.

The valuation was significantly higher than the previous private round.

The company ' s valuation rose from $11 billion in 2025 to $18.4 billion in this IPO, showing that open-market investors have given higher prices after reviewing the search stock documents.

Bending Spoons was created in 2013 by five entrepreneurs and is now based in Milan. The company ' s past investors include Billie Gifford, Tamburi and Luca Maestri, a former chief financial officer of Apple, among others.
