According to the bulletin, Forward Industries purchased more than 500,000 SOLs between April and June 2026 at an average purchase price of approximately $79 per item and a total transaction value of approximately $39.5 million. After this increase, the company SOL Treasury grew to 7.55 million.

The holding warehouse went up to 7.55 million SOLs.

The company disclosed that its ability to access institutional funds had improved with the inclusion of the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indices. Forward further indicated that its financing structure was fwdSOL as collateral, borrowing with institutional partners at a cost lower than the current pledge rate of 6.4 to 7.3 per cent.

The management stated that the firm ' s current objective was to increase the number of SOLs per share and to continue to expand its hold through different financing modalities. This includes repurchase of equities when the equity price is lower than the value of the net asset and issuance of equities when the equity price is higher than the value of the net asset, thereby adjusting the capital allocation.

Business SOL buys less before

This deal is one of the most significant SOL growth cases in recent months. One of the operations that was of greater interest before was from SOL Strategies, but in the opposite direction. In June, the company sold 6501 SOLs, or about 12.4 per cent of its holding stock, to pay some $5.75 million in debt.

According to Artemis data, before this increase, the previous, more visible Solana Treasury warehouse appeared in January. On 13 January, Upexi signed a securities purchase agreement with Hivemind Capital Partners to complete approximately $36 million in transhipments supported by SOL, which increased from approximately 2.2 million to over 2.4 million.

Other companies have released additional signals.

Solana Company, another NASDAQ listed company, also disclosed in late April this year that it had completed a targeted increase of $8 million, led by future asset securities and involving HashKey Capital. According to the company, part of the fund-raising will be used to continue buying SOL, while supplementing operating funds and supporting business expansion.

Solana Company currently holds approximately 2.3 million SOLs. It was mentioned that Forward had previously attempted to expand its hold through M&As, but that, following recent improvements in the market environment, companies had moved to buy SOL directly. Over the past week, SOL has increased more than 20 per cent of its encrypted assets by 100 market values.

Additional information:In the original version, Forward was described as the largest SOL-owned treasury in the open market and noted that with this increase, the market became concerned about whether other Solana Treasury companies would resume buying.
