Robinhod is moving business further from traditional coupons to chain finance. At its London event, the company announced that its second-tier network, based on the Arbitrum technology warehouse, had been placed on the public ownership network and synchronized the launch of a series of products around stock coins, stable currency lending and derivatives.

Public link main line

The network, called Robinhod Chain, is located as a public chain of real-world assets. According to Robinhood, Uniswap will deploy a dedicated automated market system as the main open liquidity agreement in the chain; Pleiades will also deploy its own AMM as the main self-employed trading site.

The chain is also connected to Alchemy, BitGo and Chainlink, and includes DeFi functions such as borrowing. The main online line was not just a technical launch, but also meant that its stock monetization operations began to shift to a stand-alone chain infrastructure.

Over 120 countries have opened transactions

Robinhod Wallet has opened up the Stock Tokens transaction to eligible users in more than 120 countries and regions, but the range of available access varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The spot transactions can be completed through the centralized trading platform of Uniswap, Rialto, Lighter, Arcus and 1nch.

However, such products are not open to users in the United States and there are restrictions on markets in Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. According to the article, Stock Tokens is essentially a tokenized debt security issued by Robinhod Assets (Jersey) Limited, and the holder acquires the economic opening of the relevant stock rather than the legal or beneficial ownership of the targeted stock.

The goal of Robinwood is to make these products support a 24-hour trade and can be used further in DeFi scenarios, including loan agreements and trading collateral. Prior to the introduction of the first United States share and ETF tokens for users of the European Union and the European Economic Area in June 2025, the old product would henceforth be classified as “Classic Stock Tokens”.

Launch USDG Lending and AI Tool

In addition to the public chain and stock tokens, Robinhod published two new products, continuing in the direction of DeFi and AI. Of these, Robinhod Earn allowed the user to borrow the United States dollar from the custodian's wallet to stabilize the USDG, with an estimated annualized return of 7 per cent. The company defines it as a decentrized lending product, emphasizing that users need not deposit their assets in the centralized pool.

Robinhood also launched Agenic Accounts for eligible American users. This is an AI-driven encrypted trade tool that allows users to access the business infrastructure of Robinwood with the AI model, while setting their own parameters for the allocation and transaction of funds. According to the article, the details of the tool in terms of controls and specific restrictions have not yet been fully disclosed.

European derivatives and Canadian expansion

In the area of international operations, Robinhod is expanding the range of products of Europe's sustainable contracts, from previously mainly encrypted assets to large commodity, ETF and foreign exchange markets. The upgraded Robinhod Wallet will also provide sustainable contractual services to eligible users in some areas through the Decentroized Trading Platform Lighter based on the Ether.

At the same time, Robinood confirmed that, after completing the acquisition of WonderFi, it had officially opened its services in Canada and planned to launch a encrypted transaction in the United Kingdom. Together with the global stock tokens coming online this time, companies are simultaneously advancing Europe, Canada and more international markets.

Additional information:Robinhood also announced a reduction of approximately 10 per cent of the staff, or 290, to streamline the management structure. According to the article, the company, while advancing global expansion, has reduced manpower, showing that it is betting technology and automation to support larger-scale operations.
