Securitize was placed on the first day of the New York Stock Exchange, where he synchronized his common stock with the chain. The company disclosed that ordinary shares code SECZ had been made available to investors in the form of tokens on Solana and Avalanche through its regulated platform.

The stock in this chain corresponds to the same common shares as those in New York, not a separate type of securities. According to RWA.xyz data, the relevant monetized stock holdings were approximately $295 million. SECZ increased by about 10% on Thursday's first trading day.

The same normal unit goes in the chain.

According to the company, the focus of the arrangement was on the fact that the chain version was not a third-party packaging product, but rather a common share of shares corresponding to the New York stock. Securitize also stated that it was the first new listed company to decorate its own shares on the first day on the market.

This move also allows companies to direct their business models to the open market. Securitize provides long-term infrastructure services such as chain securities issuance, transfer agents and fund management, with clients including BlackRock, Apollo, KKR, Hamilton Lane and VanEck.

bet on listed company direct distribution mode

As Wall Street accelerates its asset monetization, it is becoming the focus of industry discussions as to whether open shares should be chained directly by the issuer or packaged by third parties. Securitize chose to complete the chain of his own stock on the first day on the market, apparently demonstrating the former model.

The company ' s CEO, Carlos Domingo, stated that open shares were moving towards the chain, and that the company ' s first trading date was a direct validation of that judgement by monetizing its own stock.

The New Haven parent company has worked together before.

Securitize was founded in 2017 and has been expanding its monetized securities infrastructure in recent years. Previously, the New Haven parent company Intercontinental Exchange Group (ICE) had worked with Securitize to develop a monetized stock-related infrastructure.

Securitize also works with Computershare and Continental to assist listed companies to issue shares in a chain form. Both companies are large global transfer agents.

Market expectations for monetized securities are also warming. Citicorp predicts that the market for monetized securities could reach $5.5 trillion by the 2030s; Boston Consulting and Ripple had previously estimated that 18.9 trillion by 2033.
