The recent rehabilitation of the encryption market remains largely driven by a small number of head assets. According to CoinMarnetCap, the top eight encrypted assets at market value totalled approximately $1,71 trillion, while the total market value of the entire encryption market was about $2.17 trillion, meaning that the assets continued to dominate the overall trend.

Of these, bitcoin is the most influential. BTC accounts for approximately 57.8 per cent of the total market and ETH for approximately 9.8 per cent, which together amounts to 67.6 per cent. When market volatility increases, such concentration tends to magnify the driving effect of head assets on the whole market.

6th month low is the focus of observation

At the beginning of June, most of the mainstream currency formed a stylized support zone. The article mentions that BTC was supported at one time in the vicinity of US$ 59,249, DoGE in the vicinity of US$ 0.078, BNB in the vicinity of US$ 557, XRP in the vicinity of US$ 1.05 and SOL in the line of $60.

Of the remaining assets, TRX maintained support in the vicinity of $0.31, HYPE secured the 52.99 USD area and ETH generated demand in the vicinity of USD 1,559. These positions then become an important reference to determine whether the market continues to be weak.

Four assets to hold it steady.

By late June, BTC, DOGE, BNB and XRP had all briefly collapsed at the start of the month, indicating that the pressure on sales had not completely subsided.

By contrast, SOL, TRX, HYPE and ETH did not fall through the June low. This, according to the article, suggests that while the overall mood remains cautious, the purchase of these types of assets is more forthcoming and the market is more favourable to their price zones.

The July rebound began to spread.

After entering early July, the BTC accumulated an increase of about 9 per cent in four days, and the return of head assets began to transfer to other mainstream currencies. The article mentions that, if the rebound continues, the BTC may re-test the position of approximately US$ 67,050 in mid-June and DOGE, BNB and XRP may look back to the vicinity of US$ 0.091, US$ 630 and US$ 1.30 respectively.

SOL has performed relatively better and has been repositioned at a high point in mid-June, close to over $75. The article mentions that if this trend continues, SOL could go further and look at $98. At the same time, TRX is concerned with $0.37, HYPE is concerned with the areas above $ 76 and $80, and ETH may look back at $2,395.

In addition to price performance, the article mentions that, since mid-June, the 24-hour address of some of the relevant networks has increased in activity. This suggests that price restoration has been accompanied by an improvement in user participation. In the case of head-encrypted assets, price recovery and dynamic synchronizing improvements along the chain are usually seen as signs of market repair that is spreading.
