The Mask social platform X is adding video creation tools. The platform is already using an iOS medium-on-line video editor and recording, new language subtitlings, subtitling adjustments, and a green screen tool that can be used for mobile photo albums or other X posts.
Nikita Bier, the chief producer of X, stated that one of the current priorities of the Platform is to make it easier for creators to produce original content and to reward original creators. He added that the video editor would continue to be updated in the coming weeks.
The platform wants to reduce the moving video.
Bier, frankly, a number of high-flow accounts on X have long relied on other people's material and will even be redispatched after years of red tape. The Platform hopes to provide a set of “available” video editing tools that will allow some of the video content to be produced directly within X instead of simply transmitting the finished products of other platforms.

However, editing tools alone are not enough to allow creators to place their content exclusively in X. To create a stable creator ' s ecology, the platform also needs to reach out to a critical mass of real users and build sustainable liquidity.
By contrast, TikTok, Meta and YouTube have developed a more mature creator system, including more stable distribution and payment mechanisms. The article mentions that X also lacks a well-developed original protection tool and that direct measures within the platform are still limited if the creator finds that the work has been stolen.
The robot still drags the platform experience.
In addition to content handling, X is under pressure from robotic accounts. Robots can not only capture and copy content, but also push up the airload, affecting the quality of Platform data and user experience.
Bier had previously indicated in April that X had identified and banned 208 robot accounts per minute on average and that the number was increasing. Earlier, he also claimed that half of the product team was developing anti-waste and anti-abuse functions.
