Meta introduces the new AI image generator Muse, developed by its AI team Meta Superintelligence Labs. This feature will be made available free of charge to users of Meta AI applications and will access Instagram Stores and WhatsApp.
Available scenes
Muse is mainly oriented towards daily photo generation and editing. The examples given by Meta include the generation of cartoon-style pictures, quick drawings based on preset tips, the removal of people in the photo background, and the production of 2-dimensional codes.
Access to more scenes
Meta also launched a set of AI effects supported by Muse in Instagram Stores. The functionality can be used to modify existing photographs and can be extended to scenarios such as advertising ideas and home setting previews.
Fees and follow-up plans
Meta states that Muse's basic “daily creation” function is free of charge, but that, after exceeding a certain amount of use, users need to subscribe to its payment scheme. At the same time, the company stated that Muse Vidio was under development.
