Following the return of Bitcoin to approximately $61,000, the stock price of Strategy, one of the largest enterprise-level Bitcoin holders, went down at the 100-dollar threshold. According to Yahoo Finance, this is the first time that the Unit has returned to this level since March 2024.

Bitcoin went back to the neighborhood last year.

Reports indicate that Bitcoin was also in the $61,000 to $62,000 range when Strategy last fell $100. Bitcoin rose 126,000 dollars in October last year, but has since fallen more than 50 per cent from the top, the most recent price being about $60,935, down by almost two weeks.

The context of market constraints included the outflow of Bitcoin ETF funds, the shift of some investors to AI stocks, and the Federal Reserve ' s bias against eagles. These factors together suppress the performance of risky assets, which increases the pressure on the encrypted market to sell.

Strategy's got a strong connection to the market.

As a representative company with Bitcoin, Strategy ' s financing and warehousing strategy was seen as an important force driving Bitcoin ' s demand in the rising phase. Strategy ' s role in the market has increased as more companies follow its secure treasury model.

However, during the fall-off phase, these linkages also magnify volatility. The report mentions that Bitcoin has not been able to repair significantly since it fell by $70 million in early June, and that the point of time coincides with Strategy ' s disclosure that it was sold for the first time since 2022. This move has also weakened the market's expectations of its long-standing “no-buy” position.

STRC keeps going down.

In addition to normal shares, Strategy also maintains pressure on Bitcoin-related STRCs under the flag. The product, originally designed to be close to $100, fell to $8,253 last week.

As at the time of the release of the report, the STRC report was US$ 84.35, a decline of 3.4 per cent in the day. While the price of bitcoin remained low, the market ' s risk preference for Strategy-related securities had not recovered significantly.
