At a time when the price of the encrypted asset was falling, the financial strategy of the enterprise began to become fragmented. The company disclosed that Bitmine continued to buy the Ether House last week, while Strategy, which had been growing in Bitcoin for a long time, temporarily stopped and turned to resupply of cash reserves.
Bitmine continues siloing, ETH.
Company disclosures indicate that Bitmine added some $43 million ETH last week. When the purchase was completed, it had over 5.7 million silos, valued at about $9 billion in reported calibres. The company holds approximately 206 bitcoin at the same time, valued at approximately $12.3 million.
Mr. Tom Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, said that despite last week ' s market pressure, ETH fell by about 8 per cent a week, and the company maintained its long-term configuration. He mentioned recent new developments in the Ethera ecology, including the establishment of the Research and Development Agency Ethlabs, and a reduction in the British Central Bank's attitude towards the currency of stability.
ETH has been down for almost a month, 22%.
Reports indicate that ETH has experienced a cumulative decline of about 22 per cent in the past month, with the most recent transaction price of about $1567, or about 68 per cent above its historical high of $4946. Bitcoin fell by about 19 per cent during the same period, the latest being about $59324, which is more than 52 per cent above the historical level of $126080.
In Lee ' s view, near the end of the quarter of June, some investors may have reduced their assets for nearly three months because of booking adjustments. BitMine continues to focus on longer-term adoption trends, including the use of the encrypted payment track by institutions and scenarios such as smart agent payments.
Strategy pauses BTC
Unlike BitMine, which continuously buys ETH, Strategy did not increase the bitcoin hold last week. The company has moved towards almost weekly purchases over the past few years, and this suspension has raised market concerns.
The report mentions that Strategy recently faced pressure from its priority share product, STRC, which fell to a new low last Friday. At the same time, companies have approved the sale of up to $1.25 billion bitcoin to replenish cash reserves and support dividends payments.
