The United States launched its third air strike against Iran this week, once again closing the Strait of Hormuz in Tehran. Despite the tense situation, the price of bitcoin remained at approximately $63,800, with limited fluctuations in the day. The low response to the situation in the Middle East continues to be reflected in small changes in the prices of other major encrypted currencies, such as Taifung, XRP and dog coins.
Bitcoin remained close to $63,800 after an air strike in the United States, falling by 0.3 per cent in 24 hours and rising by 2 per cent a week. Ship tracking data from the Strait of Hormuz indicate that there is still some movement of vessels in the early part of the Asian day of Sunday, but overall traffic is far below normal levels.
According to the United States Central Command, President Trump ordered an air strike targeting Iran ' s ability to attack a commercial vessel, following an attack by the Iranian army on a Cypriot-flagged container ship. Iranian national media reported explosions along the southern coast of Iran, including energy centres such as Bushehr and Asaruyeh, and port cities in the Strait of Hormuz.
The performance of the venom was also stable, with a price of about $1,800, which increased by 2 per cent a week. Of the other major encrypted currencies, the price of Solana fell by 5 per cent to $76, the XRP went down to $1.09 and the dog currency fell to about 0.07. The overall market volatility was one in 1,000.
The current market response is flat. Compared with Iran ' s first closure of the Strait of Hormuz in early March, Brent ' s crude oil prices were over $100 and then nearly $120, while Bitcoin experienced a marked decline in each upgrade.
With the closure of oil, stock and debt markets on weekends, Bitcoin has become the only large market that reacts in real time to air strikes, which are seen as almost non-existent. The real market response may wait until Monday, especially if the price of crude oil rises significantly and bitcoin remains stable.
