The XRP has fallen by almost 70 per cent since July 2025, and the current transaction price is about $1.12. Nevertheless, an increasing number of analysts are of the view that this decline may mask larger market dynamics.
Backlash of the support line
The analyst noted that since 2020, XRP had followed a long-term upward trend line and had undergone three major tests. A strong rebound occurs every time the price falls to the support line. The first was in April 2020, when prices were close to 16 cents, and then rose to nearly $2 in one year. The second took place in mid-2022, after which prices climbed to 94 cents. The third was at the end of 2024, after which prices were at record highs.
Importance of the fourth test
Currently, XRP may be close to the fourth test of the trend line, which is expected to be between 74 and 80 United States dollars. This price range was critical because in February 2017, after three trend lines had been defended, the price was close to half a cent, and then jumped to $3.31 in January 2018, an increase of nearly 63,000 per cent.
Critical levels of future trends
The most important thing now is whether the XRP can maintain support between US$ 74 and US$ 80. If successfully defended, it would enhance the market ' s perception of the overall structure; if it fell and could not rebound, it would significantly weaken the comparison with the past cycle. Markets would not be perfectly repeated, and old models tended to fail more frequently than expected, but this set-up provided the holder with a specific level of observation rather than merely responding to short-term price fluctuations.
