The co-founder of Fundstrat, Tom Lee, suggested that investors focus on the ratio of Tokyo to Bitcoin in order to find signs of an encrypted market recovery.

Views of Tom Lee

Tom Lee indicated that the increase in the ETH/BTC ratio could mean a warmer demand for encryption markets. After a low point at the beginning of June, the Ether factory is currently testing the resistance position of 0.0286 BTC.

The decline in the market dominance of bitcoin and the improvement in the performance of other kibbutzicos indicate that the market is being rotated, but the acknowledgement signal remains limited.

ETH/BTC ratio analysis

The ETH/BTC ratio shows how much bitcoin can be exchanged for a Taifeng. The increase in the rate means an increase in the performance of the Taifeng relative to Bitcoin, while the decline in the rate means that Bitcoin dominates. Recently, the ETH/BTC ratio was close to 0.02858 after rebounding, with a low point near 0.026.

The current price shows that the ETH/BTC ratio is close to 0.0282, indicating that it is still close to its area of recent resistance. The transaction price at the Taifeng is about $1,800, while the price at bitcoin is about $63,700.

Market trends and financial flows

Financial flows provided a second test for the ETA. Earlier reports indicated that the U.S. F.E.E.F. resumed its net daily inflow in early July, ending weeks of pressure. On 1 July, some $14.9 million was inflow, dominated by the Blackstone ETHA.

Despite a positive day, the June outflows have not been eliminated, so there is still a need for more stable demand from traders. It also has a pledge rate of over 33 per cent, which reduces the availability of liquid supplies for sale.

Additional information: BitMine indicated that it had reached 5.74 million ETH in ETA bank, about 4.8 per cent of the total supply.
