The Keyrock Bulletin shows that companies have acquired trading and brokering assets in the digital asset business of the Block Bills, thereby expanding the coverage of the institution's encrypted capital market and supplementing derivatives and brokering services.

Integrating transactions with clients and teams

The transaction will incorporate the BlockFills ' customer relationship, trading techniques and derivatives experience into the existing Keyrock platform. The Keyrock headquarters is located in Brussels and currently covers business operations such as market, off-site transactions, options, credit, chain services and asset management.

Several BlockFilles executives will also join Keyrock, including Perry Parker, a derivative dealer who worked in Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, and Dan Schak, who is responsible for risk and trade operations. More members of the trading, operating and business teams will also be transferred together.

The transaction price was $3.25 million.

On the basis of previously disclosed bankruptcy documents, Keyrock agreed to purchase most of the assets of BlockFills in the amount of $3.25 million, while taking on part of the liabilities, equity interests, customer relations and know-how. CoinDesk reported in June that Keyrock was moving forward with the acquisition.

For Keyrock, the value of the transaction lies not only in the asset itself, but also in the customer network, the trading system and the derivative experience on which the business of the institution relies, which helps to speed up the pace of its business expansion.

The Cayman layout has been expanded. Britain is awaiting approval.

According to Keyrock, the acquisition will also increase the regulatory coverage of the company. The company will enhance its local layout through an entity registered with the Cayman Islands Finance Authority (CIMA); on the British side, it intends to acquire an entity authorized by the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), subject to regulatory approval.

According to the company, the consolidated platform will build on Keyrock ' s balance sheet and regulatory infrastructure to provide institutional clients with a greater capacity to execute transactions. The subsequent integration will be carried forward in phases and clients will be informed directly when the relevant services are online.

Additional information:Keyrock states that digital asset derivatives are one of the fastest growing businesses of the company, while the demand for encrypted traded products, such as options, continues to grow.
