AI-driven tourism platform Fora completed $60 million D-round finance, valued at $1 billion, into the Unicorn. This round of financing was led by Forerunner and Tactice Ventures, with the participation of Insight Partners and Thive Capital.

Funding to AI Assistant Via

The company indicated that part of the new funds would be used to expand AI Assistant Via. The tool primarily helps travel advisers on the platform to handle more cumbersome administrative tasks such as research, itinerary production, etc.

Fora's idea is to leave repetitive work to AI, allowing manual consultants to spend more time at the customer relationship and service level rather than directly replacing the consultant role with AI.

Connecting consultants and users at both ends of the Platform

Founded in 2021, Fora is a travel consultant at one end of the platform, which provides the infrastructure for client communication, itinerary planning, etc., and a user at the other end, who helps him to find a travel consultant and advise on his honeymoon, family trips, etc.

Cumulative financing amounted to $138.5 million

According to the company, travel consultants on the platform have completed travel reservations of over $3 billion since they were online, most of whom had no previous business background.

By company, Fora ' s cumulative financing to date has reached $138.5 million. In addition to continuing to invest in AI products, the company plans to use this funding to expand its tourism portfolio to include cruise ship and air ticket operations.
