Foreign media reports that tZERO Group CEO Allen Konevsky, who holds licence plates for special-purpose brokering transactions at the United States SEC, argues that long-term infrastructure development for the monetized capital market needs to be based more on original coins that can be directly involved in the operation of the system than on assets that simply serve as value deposits.
XRP and Ether is named
Konevsky, in his response to Bitcoin or XRP, stated that in the long term he was more focused on tokens that could support the functioning of chain tools and financial systems. He named XRP and Ethera, stating that such assets were more like “components” of the financial infrastructure.
According to him, bitcoin has been more clearly positioned in the market as a money-based asset and value-storage tool, while in the specific construction of a monetized capital market, XRP and currencies with stronger functional attributes such as the Taifeng are more advantageous.
AI or enable the monetization demand
Konevsky also stated that artificial intelligence and block chains were not competitive but complementary. As the number of automated transactions between AI agents increases, the need for efficient and programmable value transfer will increase.
Under this logic, the demand for the monetization of financial assets and records may increase, and the associated chain infrastructure may be used more.
Real estate monetization is still blocked.
When asked about the most undervalued category of monetized assets, Konevsky chose real estate. In his view, real estate monetization had been discussed for many years, but had not yet reached a meaningful scale.
He attributed the main reason to the complexity of the regulatory process, in particular the high compliance threshold for securitization and split of a single real estate asset. tZERO has communicated with the United States SEC in this regard in the hope of streamlining the fragmentation and monetization of individual real estate assets.
The issuer's encryption is too restricted.
Konevsky also indicated that he hoped that the chain of custody would further break the operational separation between licensed institutions. He mentioned that this direction was reflected in the structure of the CLARITY Act.
He argued that regulated brokers should not only handle encryption within a limited framework. According to them, the issuer should be allowed to supply encrypted investment products directly to the client, under appropriate constraints, and not just in the current more fragmented business model.
Additional information:tZERO is one of the few companies to qualify as a special-purpose broker of the SEC, which can host and receive encrypted assets, including stabilization currency, in the securities settlement process.
