Evernorth Holdings updated the trading arrangements in the process of promoting the listing of NASDAQ. The company disclosed that the fixed reference price previously used to measure the value of the XRP treasury would be eliminated and replaced with a market average closer to the date of delivery to reflect the latest value of its hold.
We're going to give it to the next average.
This revision no longer uses the USD 2.36 XRP reference price for each item, but instead uses a trade-weighted equal value closer to the completion point of the transaction. This was done to bring the valuation of the treasury assets closer to actual market prices.
Increase in ratio of XRP holding per unit
The company stated that the ratio of XRP hold held per share would increase if the number of shares required for issuance at the updated prices were reduced under other conditions. This means that the value of the encrypted assets carried on a single share will be higher.
- Original reference price is USD 2.36 per XRP
- The new scheme uses a trade-weighted average value of up to the date of delivery
- Over 95 per cent of committed investors have agreed to revise
The time of listing still points to the second half of the year.
According to corporate disclosures, investors representing more than 95 per cent of committed funds have accepted the new clause, indicating that the main contributor still supports the transaction. Under the current arrangements, the company is expected to complete its listing in NASDAQ by the end of the third or the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2026.
