Morgan Stanley recently submitted a 13F file showing that the Wall Street business already has many ETFs linked to XRP. While the relevant position is not high in its overall portfolio, this disclosure again shows that institutional investors are reaching XRP through compliance fund products.

The hold-up is spread over a wide range of products.

The report mentions that Morgan Stanley is not only equipped with a single XRP investment tool, but is also present on three different XRP ETF hold lists. This decentralized configuration is more a reflection of the increasing number of compliance channels available to institutions in the market than single-product hold.

13F The documents are usually used to disclose part of the United States stock and related securities held by managers of large United States institutions and are therefore often used by the market to observe the level of participation of traditional financial institutions in encryption-related products. However, such a document would only reflect the disclosed position at a given point in time and would not fully present the overall strategy of an institution.

Wall Street versus XRP products focused on warming.

In addition to Morgan Stanley, other documents submitted to the United States Securities Commission indicate that the agency manager already holds the XRP ETF in Bitwise. As more traditional regulators gain access through ETF, XRP is moving into a more conventional system of investment products.

The significance of these changes is not so much in terms of the amount of one-time funding invested by individual institutions, but rather in the fact that XRP-related products begin to appear more frequently in the distribution and allocation framework of traditional finance. For the market, this means that the threshold for institutional access to XRP is falling.

More than ETF layout associated with XRP

It was also mentioned that Morgan Stanley was associated with Armada Action Corp. II. The latter, a special-purpose buying company, is promoting transactions related to Evernorth Holdings. Evernorth is described as an XRP-centred treasury company with a strategic focus on building an agency-oriented XRP reserve.

If related transactions continue, the link between traditional capital markets and XRP may not be limited to ETF, but may also extend to the treasury and M & As instruments. However, the current disclosures do not suffice to show that Morgan Stanley has taken XRP as a large core bet.

What does 13F mean?

In the light of the information disclosed, Morgan Stanley ' s current hold is still limited in size, more like an observational or tactical exposure through multiple compliance products rather than a significant increase in the weight of a single asset.

The market is even more concerned that the XRP is gradually entering the more familiar investment corridors on Wall Street through ETF, tokenization and the institutional infrastructure built around XRP Ledger. This is also the main cause of concern for this document.
