Strategy did not buy or sell bitcoin between 10 August and 16 August, and the holding stock remained at 840,447. The total cost of the Bitcoin was $63.36 billion, with an average purchase price of $75,385, by company calibre.
The sale of shares brings cash.
The company sold 3.46 million shares of MSTR during the week, raising $333.7 million. The funds were allocated to a number of purposes, including repurchase of STRC, payment of STRC dividends and replenishment of the United States dollar reserve.
The dollar reserve rose to $4.8 billion.
Strategy stated that its dollar reserves had increased to $4.8 billion on 16 August. Of that amount, $149.2 million was spent on increasing cash reserves, which showed that companies continued to maintain higher liquidity while maintaining their Bitcoin hold.
