Metaplanet disclosed that it planned to invest 2100 bitcoins in Super League and thereby advance its bitcoin platform layout in the United States. According to the company, upon completion of the transaction, Super League will be renamed Superplanet, Inc., the carrier of its United States operations.

2100 bitcoin input platforms

At the heart of this arrangement is the injection of a bitcoin hold in a new business platform. According to the company, this was done through the United States market to provide an entry point to the NASDAQ platform linked to the large Bitcoin bank.

At the same time, Metaplanet indicated that, while advancing the digital asset holding strategy, the existing operations would remain in place and would not be discontinued as a result of this arrangement.

Super League to change name

According to the disclosure, Super League will operate as a Bitcoin Treasury platform in the United States of America when the name change is completed. The company hopes to expand its presence in the United States market and extend the Bitcoin Treasury model beyond Japan.

In the light of the current public information, the platform will position the business as the main source of bitcoin rather than simply new project issuance or chain agreement expansion.

The transaction is expected to be completed in four quarters.

The company disclosed that the transaction was still advancing the process and that the official commencement date of the platform had not yet been announced. Under the current arrangement, the related business transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026, when Superplanet will be able to start operating as the United States Bitcoin Treasury platform.

  • The input scale is 2100 bitcoins.
  • SuperLague to be called Superplanet, Inc.
  • Transactions are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026

Additional information:The United States dollar equivalent of these 2100 bitcoins is not disclosed in the original text, nor is there any description of the transaction structure, shareholding or specific financing arrangements after the launch of the United States platform.
