For the first time, one of Strive ' s directors declared that he was holding a common share of the company, superseding priority shares and SATA prices were approaching $100, bringing the market ' s renewed focus on the follow-up financing capacity of the Bitcoin Treasury. The company ' s latest disclosure also indicates that its Bitcoin hold has increased further.
First time a director claims to buy.
Corporate disclosures revealed that the director Pierre Rochard bought 15,900 shares of ASST. The transaction was not executed through the Rule 10b5-1 pre-set transaction plan, but was purchased directly on the open market at the disclosed price. The document does not state the reasons for its purchase or whether it will continue to increase.
Rochard is currently a member of the Steve Board and is also Chief Executive Officer of The Bitcoin Bond Company. This buy-in is considered to be its first publicly declared ASST equity change.
Under section 16 (a) of the United States Securities Exchange Act, directors, executives and shareholders holding more than 10 per cent of shares are normally required to disclose changes in hold through Form 4. As a result, the transaction provided United States investors with directly identifiable equity information.
SATA is close to parity.
The priority share of Strive's SATA rose once this week to 99.79 dollars, about two months' high, and then continued trading near the reference price of $100. Since the securities had previously been below parity for a longer period of time, the price recovery was seen as a sign of a possible improvement in the company ' s financing conditions.
Strive pays SATA dividends on a working day from 16 June. The company had previously set an annualized dividends rate of 13 per cent and a valid annualized rate of return based on daily compound interest of about 13.8 per cent.
The company had also previously proposed a plan to increase the amount of at-the-mucket financing of ASST and SATA by $2.1 billion, respectively, to a total of $4.2 billion in additional financing capacity, depending on market demand and the conditions of distribution.

Chief Executive Officer Strive Matt Cole stated that the company believed that bitcoin was still cheap in the current price range and was prepared to take additional risks to continue expanding its hold.
