Trump's statement on the White House campaign prompted the market to reassess the possibility of Hyperliquid entering the United States market. The focus is not only on the increase in the HYPE price, but also on whether the U.S. regulatory layer will open up the compliance path for the chain-renewal contract platform.

HYPE has increased by 25 per cent a day

As at the time of the submission, the HYPE report was about $73.27, a 24-hour increase of 25.7 per cent. This increase has also pushed its market value to approximately $18,499 million, which, by market value, is in the top 10 encrypted assets.

Price variations occurred after Tripp spoke publicly about Hyperliquid. According to Trump, Michael Selig, Chairman of the United States Commission for Commodity Futures Trading, is facilitating the platform's “full compliance and legal” access to the United States market.

The White House's statement led to the U.S.'s access expectations.

Trump made this statement at a White House event on Wednesday. At that time, he talked about how to bring the market for futures to a greater extent within the United States ' own domestic regulatory framework.

Previously, Selig had also expressed the wish of regulators to establish a path for a chain market such as Hyperliquid that could operate in the United States and be integrated into an appropriate regulatory system.

This is of concern because the current main interface for Hyperliquid is still limited to United States users under the terms of its use. Some investment products linked to HYPE have also disclosed this limitation in their submissions to the United States SEC.

Hyperliquid

In terms of scale of operations, Hyperliquid has become one of the most traded agreements in the market for decentralised permanence contracts. DefiLlama data show that, over the past 30 days, the platform has had a lasting contract trade of approximately US$ 2007 billion, and the size of the open contract has recently exceeded US$ 10 billion.

Future compliance with the United States market means that this large encrypted derivative platform will reach out to new groups of traders and that the platform ' s operating space may be expanded.

CFTC synchronisation concerns

This progress is also taking place in the context of the CFTC's openness to encrypted derivatives. This week, Reuters reported that Selig had approved the renewal of futures of Bitcoin. Marketers therefore anticipate that regulators may in the future allow more assets to be released.

To date, however, neither Hyperliquid nor CFTC have published official United States access plans, application documents or clear timelines.
