Meta began to open the experimental application Pocket to U.S. users. This product has been tested on a small scale in Brazil. The core function is to allow users to generate small interactive games through AI tips and to publish them in a rolling browsing stream of information.

Generate small games with hints

Pocket is oriented towards light quantification of creation and sharing of scenes. User-generated works can respond to touch operations and tilt mobile phones, add sound effects and support embedded into user-friendly song clips. Meta refers to such works as “gizmos”.

This application is related to the compilation of the game creation platform Gizmo team by Meta earlier this year. Pocket's product form also continues Meta's recent rapid testing of new applications around AI tools.

Meta speeds up independent access.

Pocket is just the latest in Meta's recent independent mobile applications. Before that, Meta had launched Instagram Industries, an independent Groups application Forum and an independent Marketplace application for Seller.

The CEO of Meta Zuckerberg, at the July Press conference, stated that the speed of testing and launching new applications by companies was increasing through AI-driven software development. He said that it would be easier to introduce new applications in the future and that the company planned to continue to expand more ideas and to expand the reach of those products through the referral system.

We're still testing more AI products.

In addition to the above-mentioned applications, Meta recently launched the AI Sleeping Story Experiment and launched the Meta AI application for Mac this week. As Pocket enters the United States market, Meta is combining AI generation, content distribution and independent application experiments to validate new products more quickly.
