Strive ' s latest submission to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows that the company continued to increase its holdings in bitcoin, buying 1,110 BTCs, with a total value of approximately $81.5 million.

The average purchase cost was $73,409.

The company disclosed that the average purchase price of the Bitcoin was US$73,409 per item and that the associated costs and expenses were included. Upon completion of the transaction, the Bitcoin holding warehouse of Strive increased from 20,246 to 21,356.

This portion of the warehouse is currently valued at approximately $1.7 billion by the reporting calibre. The size of the holdout remains one of the core indicators of market concern for listed companies that continue to advance the Bitcoin Treasury strategy.

Cash reserve raised to $171.9 million

The document also shows that, as at 21 August, the cash and cash equivalents held by Strove were $171.9 million, up from $154.8 million a week earlier. In other words, after the company had completed the current round of bitcoin purchases, the cash on the books was still increasing.

That means that, while scaling up bitcoin, short-term liquidity is not significantly tightened. Cash levels are also often an important basis for external assessments of the follow-up operating space for companies that use treasury-held strategies.

The trend of corporate currency holding continues.

At the time of the increase in disclosure by Strive, currency holders of other large enterprises also continued to build up. It was reported that the Japanese-listed company Metaplanet, with 2,823 more bitcoin in the second quarter, had reached 43,000.

Another firm of higher market interest, Strategy, currently holds 840,447 bitcoin. As more listed companies integrate bitcoin into their treasury configuration, the correlation between the size of the firm ' s currency holdings and its ability to finance remains the focus of ongoing market tracking.

Additional information:No specific financing provisions corresponding to this increase are disclosed, only to confirm that the purchase took place after the increase.
