On 25 August, Llama Risk, a risk servicer funded by Aave DAO, proposed to raise the USde supply ceiling from $100 million to $120 million in the case of Aave V3 Monad and to keep the borrowing ceiling unchanged at $36 million. The proposal was reviewed on the basis of user behaviour, chain mobility and health of position and indicated that implementation would be advanced through the Risk Stewart process.

The status must be accurate: the current page is a proposal for risk parameters, and although the author states that the next step will be implemented, it cannot be determined by the forum post that the parameters in the chain have changed. Whether and when this will eventually be implemented should be based on the Risk Stewart transaction and chain configuration. If implemented, the new ceiling would be approximately 1.20 times the current supply, and the static calculation of the ceiling utilization rate would be reduced from 100 per cent to about 83.3 per cent, leaving close to 20 million USDe space for additional deposits.

The ceiling is full to indicate that demand exists and does not mean that there is no cost in increasing capacity

The U.S. De supply recorded in the pool was 100,003,558, with a nominal ceiling of 100 million being used at 100.0 per cent. A slight increase in the value chain above the integer ceiling may be related to the way interest accrues or is recorded, and should not be interpreted as allowing for arbitrary breakthroughs. The supply cap is used to control the maximum exposure of a single asset to the agreement, and when the capacity is occupied, the new supply is limited, but the existing position will continue to vary with earnings or indices.

In this case, USDE could not be used as collateral in the ordinary model, but only in the stable E-Mode category, with a loan value of 9.0 per cent and a liquidation threshold of 92.0 per cent. E-Mode improves capital efficiency on the assumption that asset prices are high: users can borrow another stable currency at the expense of a stable currency. High LTV increases the use of funds when prices are stable, but when the buffer is thinner and when anchoring, prognosis or liquidity declines, the health factor deteriorates faster.

The health factors for the top 20 USDe suppliers range from 1.01 and 1.51 to a median of 1.02; of these, 18 have outstanding debts, 14 have been borrowed from USDC and 2 from USDT0. The health factor close to 1 means that it is close to the line of liquidation, although price fluctuations for stable currency positions are usually lower than for unrelated assets. Risks are not per se small day-to-day fluctuations, while multiple large accounts enter liquidation at the same time as the correlation suddenly lapses.

“Relevant obligations” reduce normal price mismatches, but do not eliminate issuer, foreclosure, bridge and market liquidity risks. USDe, USDC and USDTO have different mechanisms and counterparties, and prices may be differentiated during stress events. The risk parameters should also observe the depth of the trade on the chain, the capacity to redeem, the prophecies to update and liquidate the funds, rather than the historical price correlation alone.

The largest account accounted for 37.6 per cent, the top five accounted for 86.4 per cent, and the additional space after the build-up still needs to be monitored

The distribution of supplies is highly concentrated: the largest supplier holds 37.6 per cent of the reserve, compared with 86.4 per cent for the top five combined. This means that access and leverage for a few accounts will significantly change the pool. While the increase in the ceiling would meet the additional needs and reduce the level of full-time status, there may be no substantial improvement in the concentration risk if the additional 20 million continue to flow to existing large households.

Llama Risk proposed a ceiling of 1.2 times the current supply rather than a one-time release of more space, reflecting a gradual adjustment approach. Some 83.3 per cent of the post-implementation utilization factor buffered growth and allowed risk service providers to observe new sources of funding, debt structure and changes in health factors. Maintaining the borrowing ceiling of $36 million limits the scale of direct lending of assets, but the supply of assets as E-Mode collateral would still support other stable currency obligations, and the overall exposure could not be limited to USDe borrowing.

For depositors, an increase in the supply ceiling does not amount to an increase in the rate of return or an official guarantee of return. Gains depend on borrowing demand, utilization and incentives; if supply increases faster than borrowing, supply may fall. For borrowers, more mortgage capacity can increase strategic space, while high LTV positions require stricter monitoring of health factors.

In the case of DAO, at least three types of results should be continuously disclosed after implementation: whether the new supply comes from decentralized accounts, whether the head account health factors have improved, and the depth of the liquidation of USDe and debt stability notes under stress conditions. In the event of a deterioration of these indicators, a subsequent suspension may be required to continue expansion, adjust the E-Mode parameters or lower the ceiling. The increase in parameters is not an endorsement of the permanent security of the assets, but a current risk judgement.

The most accurate conclusion is that Aave V3 Monad ' s USDe supply capacity is full, that LlamaRicsk proposes an increase in the ceiling by 20 to 120 million and that the ceiling on borrowing remains the same; that the proposal considers that the relevant securitized currency collateral and debt structure support a gradual expansion, while revealing significant health factors for centralization of accounts and proximity to the liquidation line. Whether or not the chain has been implemented still requires a look at Risk Stewart ' s transactions, and the security of an extended capacity must continue to be verified by real new positions and pressure mobility.
