After CrowdStrike released his second financial season performance, the market reacted positively. The company ' s new annual recurrent income (ARR) for the current season reached $332.8 million, the highest single-season level in its history, and Subscription revenue and cash flows have improved simultaneously, driving stock prices up.

Falcon Flex-led expansion

A major source of growth this season is Falcon Flex. This is the flexible authorization model introduced by CrowdStrike, which allows clients to expand their product use as needed. The company disclosed that the use of Falcon Flex ' s end-of-cycle client ARR exceeded $2.29 billion, an increase of 101 per cent over the same period.

Platform penetration also continues to increase. Fifty-one per cent of subscribers already use six or more modules to show that customer procurement is expanding from single point security products to more scenes.

AI, security needs are rising

The company listed AI security as one of the main growth directions. CrowdStrike has recently been expanding its tools to cover AI agents, identity security and cloud load protection. Chief Executive Officer George Kurtz stated that enterprise-level AI security was the biggest market opportunity the company saw.

This direction also helps companies maintain their capital market interest. Previously, the market had expressed concern about its valuation level, but AI-related security needs still underpinned investor expectations.

The whole year's guidance is going up.

CrowdStrike now expects to receive between $5,891 million and $6,611 million for the fiscal year 2027, up from $5,911 million and $5.96 billion previously given. The company expects to receive between $5,223 million and $1,529 million for the third quarter.

Management also revised the projected increase of 630 basis points for new ARR growth throughout the year, with a target of about 34 per cent median. Cash flows for the second financial year reached $530 million, free cash flows rose to $377 million, and business losses were significantly narrower than during the same period of the previous year.
