Solana announced the first guest speakers and the theme of the annual flagship conference Breakpoint 2026. The event will take place from 15 to 17 November at the Olympia Convention Center in London and will be the first time that Breakpoint landed in Britain.
It is anticipated that over 800 participants from over 100 countries will be present, covering developers, founders, investment institutions, financial institutions, policymakers and content creators. The theme of the meeting, “Token Supercycle”, focused on trends in financial assets, payments and the transfer of more economic activities to the chain.
Agenda focused on the stabilization of currency and monetized assets
The first day, as scheduled, will focus on the types of assets that have entered the block chain network, including the stabilization of currencies, payments and the monetization of real-world assets. The second day, on the theme “The Future, Tomorrow”, will be extended to AI agents, forecast markets, consumer-level applications and new ownership models.
Solana disclosed a number of web-based data before the meeting in an attempt to illustrate the pace of its expansion in related areas. According to the article, Solana currently handles more than 50 per cent of the block chain transactions, and in July the number of non-voting transactions reached 4.2 billion a month.
In terms of stable currencies and chain assets, Solana states that the network had more than $4.7 trillion in stable currency transactions in 2026 and more than $4 billion in real world assets in the chain, of which approximately $486 million came from monetized equities.
The first guests covered payments and traditional finance.
Among the first published speakers were Moneygram CEO Anthony Soohoo, Allfunds CEO Annabel Spring, Bridge and Open Standard CEO Zach Abrams, Real Vision CEO Raoul Pal, and Solana Labs CEO and co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko and Solana Foundation President Lily Liu.
In addition, according to the organizers, more guest lists from financial institutions, science and technology companies, payment firms, government departments and investment agencies will continue to be published in the coming months. The overall arrangement shows that Solana would like to further expand the Conference issues from encrypted primary applications to global capital market infrastructure.
London became the first British venue.
Solana chose London as the city of the current Breakpoint, mainly because of its status as an international financial centre. The host believes that London, which connects banks, regulators, family offices, hedge funds, insurance institutions and legal service networks in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere, is well suited to attract traditional financial actors and policy makers.
In addition to the main venue, the Congress will be accompanied by ecological events such as Solana Hacker House London Edition, Scale or Die and BlockZero. Solana states that, following the release of more than 75 products during the Breakpoint period in 2025, London Station will also continue to undertake the release of ecological projects and cooperative exchanges.
