Apple once again increased the price of media services, Apple TV ' s monthly and annual fees were raised, and Apple One ' s price was raised simultaneously by bundling subscriptions. This is the fourth price adjustment for the service in almost four years, showing that large science and technology platforms continue to improve the liquidity of digital content operations.
Apple TV is raised to $14.99.
After this adjustment, the monthly subscription price for Apple TV rose from $12.99 to $14.99 and the annual subscription price from $99 to $119. Expenditure on the annual programme also increased for long-standing subscribers.
Apple One package synchronized price increases
Including Apple One, iClaud+, Apple TV, Apple Music and Apple Arcade services, the monthly fee was increased from $19.95 to $21.95. Apples facilitate the co-sales of many services through bundling, which means that their overall subscriptions continue to move up the price belt.
Universal price increases for streaming media platforms
Apple is not an example. Netflix has already raised prices in March this year, and Peacock announced a raise earlier this month. The continued increase in fees for streaming and subscription platforms in recent years reflects the continued transfer of content, operation and input pressure from the platform to the user.
At the same time, technology companies are raising prices at the hardware end. It is mentioned that, as a result of the demand for hardware driven by the construction of the AI data centre, supply of RAM and other spare parts continues to be strained and associated cost pressures are being channelled to end-products.
Additional information:The report also mentioned that apples were expected to launch a new generation of iPhone on September 9, and that external expectations might include a front-load folder.
