The co-founder of Strategy, Michael Saylor, published an AI-generated video on social networking platforms in which he responded in a condensed way to Tom Lee, a co-founder of Fundstrat, on the long-term perspective of the Ether. This interaction did not add new operational information, but magnified once again the narrative differences between Bitcoin and Etherak.
The AI video reaffirms the bitcoin position.
In the video, an AI version of Saylor appeared in New York Times Square and introduced bitcoin in a consistent and strong language. He referred to Bitcoin as the “end-of-the-art” “good currency” and “best asset” and again stressed that “there is no second place”.
This is a continuation of his public position over the years. Saylor has long argued that bitcoin has the strongest holding properties in encrypted assets and has always opposed the comparison of other tokens with bitcoin.
Tom Lee keeps watching ETH.
Tom Lee has long had a positive view of the Ether House. It was mentioned that he had publicly stated on many occasions that the Taifeng would have an opportunity to run for bitcoin in the future and might even outperform bitcoin in terms of influence or market performance.
At the heart of Lee ' s judgement is that it is closer to a realistic application infrastructure. In his view, Wall Street had not yet fully reflected the potential of the Ethera in real-world applications, which was one of the main reasons why he continued to appreciate ETH.
Social interactions reflect market differences
In the face of the video, Lee did not respond positively, but responded with a bunch of smiles, showing that the interaction was more at the social media level.
However, this easy exchange still reflects two typical routes in the encrypted market: one emphasizing the scarcity and value-storage properties of bitcoin, and the other placing space for expansion in the application, financial infrastructure and chain activities.
