The Trump media officially disclosed its plans for a useful currency and a digital wallet for the Ruth brand in its latest United States Securities and Exchange Commission document, several months before the concept was implied for the first time in a shareholder letter.
This is taking place against the backdrop of a positive and expanding transformation of digital assets.
In July, the Trump media invested $2 billion in bitcoin and bitcoin-related securities, making it the world's fifth largest open holder of encrypted money.
The paper shows that the company stated that $2.4 billion was raised in May through private fundraising supported by institutional investors, of which $1 billion is currently in the form of limited cash as collateral for convertible instruments.
The company has also applied for several encrypted money exchange trading funds under its Financial Technology Department, Truth.Fi, which includes funds related to Bitcoin, Taifung and the “encrypted currency blue stock” index.
