Iran's Gulf Straits Authority has declared the Holmuz Strait suspended

On 31 July, the Iranian Gulf Straits Authority issued a statement on 31 July, local time, stating that the Straits of Hormuz were no longer properly accessible as a result of continued aggressive actions by United States forces in the relevant maritime areas.
