Mask: Humans will be sent to Mars in five years to build urban orbital data centres on the Moon called "Star Brain"

On 10 July, according to Red Star News, Mask said on personal social media that “as long as we achieve our goals, SpaceX's value will outweigh the total value of everything else on Earth”. Just two days ago, in a podcast show, Mask revealed that SpaceX would be on the moon in the next two to three years, that the first humans would be on Mars in the next five years, that a “functional and self-sufficient” city would be built on the surface of the moon in 10 to 12 years, and that thousands of people would land on Mars. Turning to the vision of the future, Mask stated that the long-term goal of the future was to make space travel work for the general public and to make the dream a reality for anyone who wanted to go to the Moon or Mars. While the size of the satellite has expanded, SpaceX has launched a plan to transfer computing capabilities outside the Earth. Mask has introduced the concept of an orbital data centre network of millions of satellites, recently named the “Star Brain”. SpaceX describes this orbital data centre as “the most effective way to meet the surge in artificial intelligence computing power needs”. “The way to expand computing capabilities without taking over the planet's resources is in space. In this way, there will be no need to occupy the Earth's energy, water and land, and you can do it in space.”
