DeepSeek official copyright re-opening, V4-Flash published in Hughes Face

DeepSeek announced that its new version of the capability was no longer locked on API, that V4-Flash official copyrights had been reopened and that version V4-Flash-0731 had been released in Hugging Face and continued to use MIT licences. Developers can deploy, fine-tune and commercial on their own without having to use DeepSeek official API only. This was an official version of the post-completion training upgrade, which exceeded V4-Pro-Preview in a number of agent tests, and the relevant capabilities are now available for independent deployment and retesting by third parties. In addition, Opencode, an AI programming tool for access to DeepSeek V4-Flash, disclosed that single-day users had lost 8 trillion tokens, of which 5 trillion came from free schemes, 3 trillion from fee-paying subscriptions, and had been ranked first in the past week at 55 per cent of Opencode ' s total token usage。
