zerostack: significant uncertainty about business continuity in the coming year
In its latest document, 10-Q, Zerostack, the encrypted asset reserve company listed in NASDAQ, warns of significant uncertainty about its sustainability in the coming year. As at 30 June, the company had only $2.6 million in cash and had a negative operating capital of $0.6 million and recorded a loss of fair value of $82.5 million in digital assets. The cost of the 75.1 million 0g tokens held by Zerostack amounted to $163.3 million, but the fair value was only $15.2 million, with the book shrunk by approximately 91 per cent. At present, Zerostack operates mainly on the proceeds of pledge and the sale of 0g coins。
