Index Ventures completed $2 billion in fund-raising, focusing on the AI area
According to Sifted, Index Ventures completed a $2 billion new round of fund-raising, increasing the total size of investable assets under the flag to $3.5 billion. This round includes $400 million in seed funds, $900 million in early-risk funds and $700 million in additional funds for long-term funds, which increased from $150 million to $220 million in size. Index Ventures has invested in supporting the founders of European, Israeli and United States markets, with core bets in the AI area, and has invested in Mistral, Cohen and Ineffable Industries.
