SK HERCULES AND BRADY RELEASED THE FIRST HBF STANDARD

On 4 August, SK Hercules issued a statement stating that SK Hercules and Moody had introduced the first set of industry standards for high-bandwidth flashing (HBF), which was the next generation of storage technology. Some six months after the formation of the two enterprises, this milestone has been reached. Google joined the HBF alliance with Tenstorent. HBF is a new storage level between high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and solid-state harddisk; the technology combines high-speed data transmission capabilities close to HBM, with a significant build-up of storage capacity based on NAND flashing technology.
