Elliptic gets a Circle Ventures investment

Elliptic announced, on platform X, that it had an investment in Circle Ventures, the amount of which was not disclosed. Elliptic completed a $120 million D round of financing in May, with the participation of One Peak and Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank and the British Commercial Bank. Circle joins Elliptic's Agency Design Partner Programme, which brings together infrastructure providers, compliance leaders and technical teams to develop proxy compliance solutions。
