Beled Derby Reserve Fund received the highest global principal stability rating
On 5 August, on Monday, the Standard global rating was awarded to the BlackRock Daily Reinvesting Stockcoin Reserve Vehicle (BRSRV) “AAAAM” rating, the highest principal stability fund. Ratings are based on the quality of the credit of the investment and counterparty, the duration structure and the ability of management to maintain a stable value of net assets. The standard global rating indicates that no weaknesses were identified in the management and organization of the Belet consultants, credit research and analysis, risk management and compliance. It was also stated that the Fund ' s monetization framework had operational resilience, with a licensing structure that limited transactions to white-list wallets to reduce the risk of networks, smart contracts and block-chain networks. BRSRV was introduced on Monday as an open management investment company with the objective of making its shares compliant with the eligible reserve asset requirements for the issuer of the stable currency under GENIUS Act. The Fund will hold cash, United States Treasury bonds maturing for 93 days or less, and overnight buy-back agreements guaranteed by the Treasury Debt Instrument, maintaining a weighted average duration of up to 60 days and a weighted average life expectancy of up to 120 days. On Tuesday, the standard global rating was issued a separate summary of the stable currency assessment, stating that 6 of the 11 stable currencies it covered had “sufficient” or greater capacity to maintain the mooring of the French currency. USDT is still a Level 5 "weak", TUSD and USDe are the same Level 5; USDC, EURC, USDG and USDP are "strong" 2 levels。
