AIX Ventures launched $100 million AI Foundation 224 Ventures, joined by the Turing Award winner, Yang Liquon
On 6 August, AIX Ventures co-founder Shaun Johnson announced the launch of the $100 million Artificial Intelligence Fund 224 Ventures, currently managing assets of approximately $100 million, with a planned investment of $1 million to $5 million to the AI Native Team, in the areas of AI application, robotics, infrastructure and core intelligence, with 244 LPs, most of them from the AI industry, including researchers, product and engineering managers, as well as the corporate AI and data executives, and former Meta Chief A.I., Tooling Award winner Yann LeCun, and former Google DeepMind researcher Oriol Vinyals, also announced co-leading the Fund. Yang Liquon is also currently Chairman of the Executive Board of AMI Labs, an AI start-up company that focuses on World Models technology and has completed over $1 billion in seed financing。
