Apollo Global Management won easy-to-air acquisition at Pound5.7 billion. War
On 7 August, the United States private equity firm Apollo Global Management won the British Affordable Express war for Pound5.7 billion. Apollo Global Management will buy off EFA shares with 715 pence per share and is expected to complete the transaction in the first quarter of next year.
