Iran's Supreme Leader says he'll retaliate against America

In his written address today, 11 July, Iran ' s Supreme Leader, Mujtaba Khamenei, stated that Iran would continue to maintain the political course of the late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, to preserve national independence and sovereignty and would not change the course of policy as a result of the loss of leadership. Reiterating that the United States and Israel were responsible for the deaths of the late Supreme Leader and other victims, he said that Iran would continue to hold them accountable and stressed that it would respond with retaliation. He also stated that accountability for the victims was a common demand of the Iranian people and that that objective would not be changed by changes in leadership。
