Greyscale: The probability of passing through Clarity Act is low

On 9 August, the Officer-in-Charge of Greyscale Studies Zach Pandl sent a communication indicating that, influenced by the Senate calendar and the political aspects of the election year, the possibility of the adoption of CARITY Act this year had been reduced. According to Pandl, the failure to adopt the bill would not immediately affect the development of bitcoin, major block chains and stable currency payments, and regulators such as SEC expected to fill regulatory gaps through subsequent rules, particularly in the area of monetized securities.
