Michael Saylor: Bitcoin is easy to get, consensus and security are core values

On 9 August, the founder of Strategy, Michael Saylor, wrote that Bitcoin was operating in full compliance with design expectations. BIP-110 is free to split and other network members can choose not to follow. The result is clear: about 99.85 per cent of the bitcoin calculus remains in the bitcoin network. The BIP-110 branch has only dug two blocks and is now behind by more than 80 blocks. BIP-110 has only a bitcoin of about 0.15%, which means that it needs to dig up 2015 blocks before the first difficulty adjustment. At the current rate of mining, it will take about 25 years. Anyone can split bitcoin. But if there is no security, no practicality, no money and no user, it makes no sense. Consensus is arrived at by effort, not by artificial declaration。
