Tether plans to re-enter the Bitcoin network through RGB
On 7 July, according to Bitcoin Magazine, Tether planned to issue USDT on Bitcoin through RGB Agreement v0.11.1, which was promoted by UTEXO for commercialization. This means that USDT may be returning to its first bitcoin network in 2014 through Omni-Mastercoin. The RGB will allow users to send and receive USDT between bitcoin addresses and compatible wallets. UTTEXO states that the functionality is expected to go online as soon as July, and that wallets such as TetherWallet and multiple exchanges will be supported。
