Grayscale Research Officer: Even if the 2026 Clear Act fails, encryption will move forward

The Grayscale research director, Zach Pandl, stated that the encryption industry would continue to develop even if the 2026 clear bill was not passed. He noted that regulation by the SEC, institutional trusteeship, bank access and pledge policies would fill the regulatory gap. He stressed, "The encryption will continue without clear guidance."
