Grayscale withdrew three requests for registration of Altcoin ETF for 190 seconds
Grayscale withdrew the registration statements for three planned products traded on the Altcoin Exchange in the United States on 7 August, involving the Cardano, Hedera and Polkadot Funds. According to SEC records, the three applications were accepted between 4.33 p.m. and 4:36:47 p.m. Eastern time, taking just 190 seconds. Grayscale stated that it no longer intended to continue the distribution of shares under these registration statements and confirmed that the applications were not valid and that no securities had been issued or sold. The same core explanation was given in each application: the initiator did not intend to continue the planned distribution of shares。
