Optimism has not repurchased OP since May as planned

On 10 August, according to chain data, Optimism did not repurchase OP as originally planned since May. After completing the second and third rounds of monthly community buy-backs (March and April), they have not performed any since. Of these, 6,951,453 ETHs were repurchased in March and 925,654 ETHs were repurchased in April. The cumulative number of OPs bought up to date is 9,451,924。
